Legacy Account Download Steps

If you are having trouble downloading your products, see these helpful steps.

  1. Use Microsoft EDGE to download your software. Other browsers may not work properly.
  2. Log into your account at https://legacy.condusiv.com/account/
  3. Locate the software you want to download and click the download link to download the Download Manager, a utility that will download your purchased software.
  4. When the File Download dialog box appears click the “Save” button and save it to your Desktop.
  5. After the download is completed, double click the Download Manager to run it.
  6. Specify your destination folder where you would like to download the software.
  7. Select the “Save” button to start your download.
  8. The download process may seem stalled at 4% but give it some time and it should complete the download.
