Legacy Account Download Steps
If you are having trouble downloading your products, see these helpful steps.
- Use Microsoft EDGE to download your software. Other browsers may not work properly.
- Log into your account at https://legacy.condusiv.com/account/
- Locate the software you want to download and click the download link to download the Download Manager, a utility that will download your purchased software.
- When the File Download dialog box appears click the “Save” button and save it to your Desktop.
- After the download is completed, double click the Download Manager to run it.
- Specify your destination folder where you would like to download the software.
- Select the “Save” button to start your download.
- The download process may seem stalled at 4% but give it some time and it should complete the download.
- Clear the cookies from your browser.
- Close all browser windows.
- Log back into your account and re-try the download.
